Divine Tours and Safari CC hereinafter referred to as 'DTS' accepts booking subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein, which agreement shall be the whole agreement between the parties:

  • All prices and services are correct as displayed. 

  • Divine Tours and Safari will not accept any booking or indemnity form that is unsigned or incomplete in any respect.

  • DTS reserves the right to decline any booking without outlining the reasons thereof.

  • No bookings shall be considered confirmed until a written confirmation slip has been sent to the agent/client, and the full amount due paid

The Booking

Deposit and Payment

  • A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure a booking. This amount forms part of the payment for the tour and shall be offset by the total amount charged to the client. The balance of payment is required no later than 30 days before the departure date.

  • If the full amount is not paid by 30 days before departure DTS reserves the right to treat the booking as canceled and any deposit shall be forfeited.

  • Passengers booking within 30 days are required to pay the full amount immediately to secure a booking.


  • In the case of a booking cancellation by a client, DTS shall retain the full deposit. If a booking is canceled less than thirty (30) days before departure, the client is subject to a cancellation fee as follows:

  1. 15-29 days - 30% of the total fee

  2. 8-14 days 50% of the total fee

  3. 0-7 days 100% of the total fee

  • Any passenger joining a tour after the departure date, or not at all, or leaving before the completion of the tour for any reason whatsoever, is not entitled to any refunds whatsoever from DTS, or entitled to claim any costs for added expenses they incur.

  • In the case of cancellation by DTS: All accommodation offered on adventure safari is subject to availability on a twin-share basis unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel a safari. Should we have to cancel for some reason other than failure to pay on your part we will offer you the choice of purchasing another safari from us (with you paying the difference if it is more expensive or receiving a refund if it is cheaper) or receiving a full refund of monies paid to us. All tailor-made safari bookings are subject to a minimum number of paying clients as specified per itinerary. Very rarely, we may be forced to curtail your holiday after departure where a 'force majeure situation arises, in this situation, we regret that we cannot make any refunds (I suggest that you provide a refund in case of a force majeure, but refuse to provide any compensation or be responsible for any costs incurred by the client as a result of the Force majeur), pay any compensation or be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by you as a result.

  • It is the client's sole responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, health certificates, proof of vaccinations, and any other required documentation are all in order for the countries to be visited

  • DTS cannot be held liable for any consequences, damages, or claims if the client before commencement of the tour, does not correctly attend to the client's documentation and related matters.

Passports, Visas, and Other Travel Papers


  • Travel and cancellation insurance is required for Safari tours. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have any necessary insurance in place, and the required paperwork to prove such before embarking on the tour.

  • Any resulting consequence of not having this paper is the sole responsibility of the client.


  • All baggage and personal effects are at all times the client's responsibility and DTS does not accept any liability for any loss or damage of any personal effects, howsoever arising.


  • The client accepts that all tours are of an adventurous nature, and all involve an element of personal risk. Neither DTS nor any of its agents shall be held liable for any injury. Loss of life or damage to property, how so ever caused, and the client hereby indemnifies and holds DTS, its agent, assigns, and servants harmless from any such claims.

  • The client accepts responsibility for all risks involved.


  • The client accepts that participating in the tour requires a measure of physical fitness and health, and it is the client's obligation to ensure that they are medically fit to embark on the tour.

Force Majeure

  • Force Majeure is defined as unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to war, the threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, strikes or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen reasons beyond the Company’s control. It would be best if the client took out adequate travel insurance. DTS shall not be held liable in any way liable for any consequences which may arise as a result of these.
